"as a newer rider I had a 2006 Honda shadow when I first walked in to barns I meet Jim and Matt who did not care what I ride but after my brother and parents bought new victories I loved there bikes and decided it was time for a upgrade after being offered a test ride which I'm sure many of you know is unheard of at a motorcycle dealer I fell in love with and purchased a 2007 victory vegas jackpot. I then had some aftermarket parts put on a I loved it even more now so many people ask me who made my bike I have to explain to them is not a custom it a victory a they can't believe there eyes barnes is by far the best dealer around cars or other wise the guys there are great and so personal there shop might be packed but when your there you feel like the only one there"

"I traded in a Harley and purchased an '07 8-Ball last year after many visits and drooling over the bike. Everytime I stopped by (almost daily), JB and Matt treated me with respect and always had time to talk about the product. Their faith in the Victory product along with the fact that I wasn't treated as another sale made me want to buy the bike even more. "We went back to Barnes Motor World and did in fact purchase the Victory Vision. What an awesome experience and what an awesome ride. The most comfortable ride on any Motorcycle we have ever had. Jim Brown was incredible as he worked with us to get us on this bike. He is truly an individual with a gift. "I bought my 1984 FXRSDG Harley new 23 years ago. Back then as now, it was mucho grande. When someone spends that much money, not only should they care for that vehicle, but be skeptical of whom they let work on it. I’ve had an ongoing electrical issue for as long as I can remember. Rather than take it back to one of the 2 Harley dealers I had taken it to in the past, I decided to take a chance at Barnes ONLY after reading the feedback on the site.
It did take 3 weeks for the parts to finally come in, but I’d rather wait and get it fixed right, then have someone cut corners. And this was not Barnes fault. Let’s face it; the bike IS 23 years old. Well since I’m a skeptic, I waited until I could take it for a nice long run, which I have done. It has been so long since it ran right, I can’t even remember the last time. It now runs flawless. Not only did they fix it right, they also put more replacements parts that were needed, and STILL my bill was lower than elsewhere.
I can’t say enough about these people. Eddie and the others I talked to had a sense of urgency and confidence in their voice from the beginning. I highly recommend ANYONE to take their bike to Barnes for service. I can assure you they have won me over, and have a customer for life. Hats off to a straight up group of decent people who know what they are doing. I’m a VERY satisfied customer if you can’t tell by now.

"We went to Barnes Motor World with our son who wanted to test ride a Victory, by the time the test ride was over our son had purchased a Victory Hammer. We even test rode a Kingpin and loved it. Jim told us there were several Vision motorcycles being delivered and we would love that ride. He was right, we test rode the Vision and we loved the ride. It is the Rolls Royce of Motorcycles compared to other bikes we had test rode. What a beautiful bike. "

"I purchased a Ness Series, Arlan from Jim. I looked at and road all of the Harley Models and owned a 2007 Sportster. I wanted a bike that would ride smoother then the Sportster. As I looked around all of the Harleys were the same to me. I decided to find a Victory Dealer and Barnes was listed on the net. I made a trip there and loved the looks of the Ness or Vegas Jackpot bikes as soon as I saw them. 3 Weeks later I rode one and was sold. I am so pleased with the great looks, ride and performance, not to mention the many comments on the bikes beauty. Thanks for such a great experience in getting the motorcycle. I can say since I've purchased two bikes in six months, that my purchase of the Victory from Barnes was a much better experience then it was from Harley."

"I needed my bike repaired and the folks at Barnes gave me the needed service/answers I needed for my Victory Kingpin. They were preparing for a Big Show in Gettysburg in July 2007 and they made time for me to diagnose my problems with my bike. These People Rock! From Matt, Amy, Marty, and Eddie!!!! "After having my '07 Jackpot serviced at Barnes, I was sad I hadn't purchased from them.
They have a well stocked showroom, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The people working there rode Victory's to work!
They had my bike serviced and back to me in great time and at a good price.
This service visit was one of my best dealer experiences in 40 years of dealing with motorcycle dealerships.

" I purchased my first bike in '06 at Barnes. I really thought about other "brand loyal" bikes, but I was not satisfied with what you got for the money. I went to other Victory dealers but they were only interested in selling a bike. Then I went to Barnes and I knew right away that I wanted to deal with Matt & Marty. There was no pressure and they made you feel welcomed. On my Victory, there are so many great things. I love the low seat, the handling, the "spine" of the bike, the split tank, the big v-twin, and standard mags.(Not spokes)Do not forget, this is the NEW AMERICAN motorcycle.
